A leading steel manufacturing client based in Chennai is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Development Executive to support business growth in the building materials segment.
The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating sales opportunities, and building strong relationships with both business and retail customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Promote building materials products to B2B and B2C customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Achieve sales growth targets through effective customer engagement.
Marketing Activities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.
Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Support promotional campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain sales and customer interaction records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and support.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in building material sales.
Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
