About the Opportunity

The Minar Group, with over 31 years of experience in aviation, travel, and MICE services, is hiring a Manager Sales to handle sales operations for Biman Bangladesh Airlines in Chennai.

This is a senior field-sales role focused on developing travel trade partnerships, driving airline bookings, and increasing revenue across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive airline sales through:
B2B Travel Agents
Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
Travel Management Companies (TMCs)
MICE Clients
Corporate Accounts
Revenue Growth
Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Increase passenger traffic and flight load factors.
Identify new business opportunities within the travel industry.
Trade Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with:
Travel agencies
Corporate travel buyers
MICE organizers
Key travel partners
Marketing & Promotions
Conduct:
Product presentations
Trade meetings
Roadshows
Promotional activations
Partner engagement programs
Performance Monitoring
Track travel agent productivity.
Monitor sales performance against targets.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts and management reports.
Required Qualifications

🎓 Graduation from a recognized university.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of field sales experience in:
Airlines
Airline GSA operations
Aviation sales
Travel industry sales
