Role Overview

As a Legal Consultant, you will provide comprehensive legal support to the organization, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and act as a trusted advisor to management on critical business decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-growing agri-tech and AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory matters
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements relevant to agri-tech and AI sectors
Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies
Represent the company in legal proceedings and coordinate with external legal counsel
Handle matters related to intellectual property, licensing, and data protection
Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting business operations
Develop and maintain legal templates, compliance checklists, and company policies
Support corporate governance and internal compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB)
Master’s degree or specialization in Corporate/Commercial Law preferred
Licensed to practice law in India
Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate or in-house legal roles
Experience in technology, AI, or agriculture sectors is an added advantage
