We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Lab Technician to support laboratory operations, testing, and data management. This role is ideal for candidates with basic lab experience and a strong focus on accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Sample Handling

Collect, receive, label, and process samples (blood, tissue, chemicals, or raw materials)

Testing & Analysis

Perform routine and specialized tests (hematology, chemistry, or quality checks)
Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results

Equipment Maintenance

Operate, clean, sterilize, and calibrate laboratory equipment
Ensure proper functioning of instruments like microscopes, centrifuges, and spectrometers

Documentation

Record observations and maintain accurate data
Use LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) for data entry and reporting
Prepare reports for internal use

Safety & Compliance

Follow all lab safety protocols and PPE guidelines
Handle hazardous materials safely
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Required Skills:

Basic laboratory knowledge and procedures
Good record-keeping and documentation skills
Ability to follow safety standards
