Job Summary

We are seeking qualified, detail-oriented, and experienced legal professionals with strong expertise in title tracing, property law, and drafting legal opinions. The ideal candidate should be capable of analyzing complex land and property documents, identifying legal risks, and delivering accurate, clear, and concise legal opinions.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed title verification and title tracing for urban and rural properties
Review and analyze:
Land records
Sale deeds
Partition deeds
Gift deeds
Encumbrance certificates
Mutation records
RTCs / RORs
Other related property documents
Prepare structured legal opinions regarding title validity and marketability
Draft and vet legal documents such as:
Sale deeds
Lease agreements
Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs)
Development agreements
Coordinate with government departments, sub-registrar offices, and clients
Advise stakeholders on:
Land acquisition
Legal due diligence
Regulatory compliance
Identify encumbrances, legal defects, and associated property risks
Required Skills & Experience
Strong understanding of:
Property law
Contract law
Local land laws
Mandatory experience in:
Real estate due diligence
Title tracing and verification
Proficiency in examining land and revenue records
Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and research skills
Ability to explain legal matters clearly to non-legal stakeholders
Fluency in local language(s) is an added advantage for document review and coordination
Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and industry standards.
