Job Summary

RITS Technovations is looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Java / J2EE Developers with 0–2 years of software development experience.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Java, J2EE, EJB, JSF, Servlets, HTML5, and relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based web applications while following object-oriented programming principles and software development best practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Java / J2EE Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java and Java EE technologies.

Develop web applications using EJB, JSF, and Servlets.

Implement application features based on business and client requirements.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Support application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

2. Web Application Development

Develop web-based applications using HTML, HTML5, and MVC architecture.

Work with popular Java web frameworks such as JSF.

Ensure proper application functionality and performance.

Follow established software development standards and best practices.

3. Database Development

Work with relational databases such as SQL Server and Oracle.

Write and execute SQL queries for application development.

Support database integration with Java applications.

Ensure proper data handling and database connectivity.

4. Object-Oriented Design and Development

Apply object-oriented analysis and design principles.

Use common software design patterns in application development.

Demonstrate an understanding of Java and Java EE internals.

Develop structured, reusable, and maintainable application components.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance

Follow test-driven development (TDD) practices.

Perform application testing and debugging.

Identify and resolve software defects.

Ensure software quality and adherence to project requirements.

6. Team Collaboration and Project Delivery

Collaborate with team members to complete development tasks.

Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Maintain proper documentation of development activities.

Complete assigned tasks within project timelines.

Travel for project-related requirements when necessary.

Candidate Requirements

Understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
