Key Responsibilities
Welding Operations
Assist in welding and fabrication activities under the supervision of senior technicians.
Learn and perform basic welding processes according to company standards.
Support production and manufacturing operations.
Equipment Handling
Operate welding tools and equipment safely.
Maintain welding machines and tools in proper working condition.
Follow standard operating procedures during welding activities.
Quality & Inspection
Ensure welding work meets quality requirements.
Assist in inspection of welded components and finished products.
Report defects or abnormalities to supervisors.
Safety Compliance
Follow workplace safety guidelines and welding safety procedures.
Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by the company.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Learning & Development
Participate actively in training programs and skill development activities.
Learn welding techniques, fabrication methods, and industrial best practices.
