Job Title: ITI Welder Trainee

Job Summary

We are hiring ITI Welder Trainees for leading manufacturing companies in Chennai. This opportunity is ideal for fresh ITI graduates who are looking to begin their careers in industrial welding. Selected candidates will receive hands-on training in welding operations while working alongside experienced professionals in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in welding and fabrication activities as per production requirements.
Learn and perform MIG, TIG, ARC, or other welding processes under supervision.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
Prepare metal components by cutting, cleaning, grinding, and aligning materials before welding.
Operate welding machines and fabrication tools safely.
Inspect welded joints for basic quality and report defects to supervisors.
Support assembly and fabrication teams during production.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety regulations.
Maintain welding equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
Participate in training programs to improve technical and practical welding skills.

ITI – Welder
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
