Job Description (JD): Trainee Technician (ITI & Diploma Freshers)

Job Title: Trainee Technician (Freshers)

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic ITI and Diploma Freshers to join as Trainee Technicians. Selected candidates will undergo 40–60 days of practical training at Sriperumbudur, Chennai, followed by deployment at customer service sites across Tamil Nadu. The role involves assisting in the servicing, repair, and maintenance of commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses.

Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians in servicing, repairing, and maintaining trucks and buses.
Support inspection and diagnosis of vehicle mechanical and electrical issues.
Help replace vehicle components and spare parts as required.
Perform basic preventive maintenance activities under supervision.
Use workshop tools and equipment safely and correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Record service activities and assist in preparing maintenance reports.
Coordinate with senior technicians during on-site service operations.
Learn vehicle maintenance procedures and customer service practices during the training period.
Travel to customer sites (Pit Stops) across Tamil Nadu for service assignments.
Qualifications

ITI Trades:

Fitter
Auto Mechanic
Diesel Mechanic
Electrician
MMV (Motor Mechanic Vehicle)

Diploma:

Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
Automobile Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Eligibility
Freshers only.
ITI and Diploma graduates.
Candidates who have discontinued their studies are also preferred.
Willingness to travel and work at customer sites across Tamil Nadu.
