Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Service Engineer / CNC Maintenance Engineer with expertise in CNC machine maintenance, Fanuc control systems, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting CNC and SPM machines, machine commissioning, preventive maintenance, and customer support activities.

Key Responsibilities
CNC Machine Maintenance
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, and control-related faults.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and operational efficiency.
Electrical Design & Documentation
Prepare electrical circuit drawings and machine wiring diagrams.
Maintain technical documentation related to machine installations and service activities.
Machine Commissioning & Installation
Commission CNC and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
Install and configure Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centres (VMC) and other electromechanical systems.
Conduct machine testing and performance validation after installation.
Fanuc Control System Support
Edit and troubleshoot Fanuc Ladder programs.
Diagnose and resolve Fanuc controller faults across various control systems.
Analyze and troubleshoot Fanuc servo systems and related components.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
Handle electrical breakdowns and machine troubleshooting activities.
Diagnose faults in CNC controls, drives, and automation systems.
Work on Hydro-Pneumatic systems and machine control circuits.
Customer Support & AMC Management
Provide technical support and training to customers after machine installation.
Manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customers and service schedules.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
Spare Parts & Service Coordination
Analyze customer requirements and generate spare parts quotations.
Coordinate service activities and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
Support customers with machine upgrades and maintenance requirements.
