Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC/VMC Maintenance Engineer with strong expertise in Fanuc CNC systems, machine commissioning, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate should be capable of diagnosing machine faults, handling customer support, and ensuring the efficient operation of CNC and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).

Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
Prepare electrical circuit drawings for CNC machines.
Commission CNC machines and Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
Edit and troubleshoot Fanuc Ladder Logic.
Diagnose and resolve faults in Fanuc CNC controllers and servo systems.
Troubleshoot electrical breakdowns in CNC machines.
Install and commission Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers (Japanese machines).
Diagnose and resolve hydro-pneumatic system issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to improve machine reliability.
Train customers after machine installation.
Manage Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) customers.
Generate spare parts quotations based on customer requirements.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through technical support.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of CNC/VMC machine maintenance.
Expertise in Fanuc CNC controllers and Fanuc Servo Systems.
Experience with Fanuc Ladder Editing and controller diagnostics.
Ability to read and prepare electrical circuit diagrams.
Knowledge of electrical, electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Experience in commissioning CNC and SPM machines.
Excellent troubleshooting and fault diagnosis skills.
Strong customer handling and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
Experience in CNC machine servicing and maintenance.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and machine installations.
