Code inpatient charts using ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT
Apply DRG methodology accurately (sequencing matters)
Review detailed medical records (handwritten + transcribed)
Ensure high quality & compliance with coding guidelines
Work with clinical terminology, anatomy, and disease processes

🎯 Must-Have Requirements
✅ 3+ years experience in PCS + DRG coding
✅ Certification:
AHIMA (CCS) or
AAPC (CPC)
✅ Strong anatomy & physiology knowledge
✅ Experience with 3M coding software (preferred)
