Hiring: HVAC Technician (Nokia Client Project)

📍 Location: Panruti / Oragadam / Sriperumbudur / Kanchipuram – Chennai Region

💼 Experience: 2 – 5 Years
💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000/month

🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Manage HVAC maintenance activities within the facility
Monitor and maintain AHUs, chillers & piping systems
Perform daily inspections to avoid breakdowns or shutdowns
Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems
Repair/replace components like compressors, coils, motors
Work on VAV boxes and pneumatic controls
Handle preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure 24/7 emergency support readiness
Follow all Health & Safety policies strictly
🎓 Qualification
ITI / Diploma in HVAC / AC Mechanic
👷 Requirements
2–5 years experience in facility management / building operations
Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills in HVAC systems
