Job Summary

A leading Fertility Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Female Nursing Staff to join its clinical team. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting patient care activities in both Outpatient (OP) and Inpatient (IP) departments while ensuring quality healthcare services and patient satisfaction.

Educational Qualification
ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
B.Sc Nursing
Experience
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
Provide quality nursing care to patients in OP and IP departments.
Monitor patient conditions and report any abnormalities to the medical team.
Assist doctors during patient consultations, examinations, and procedures.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Clinical Support
Prepare patients for examinations and fertility-related procedures.
Maintain patient records and nursing documentation accurately.
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and infection control standards within the clinical area.
Patient Communication
Educate patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.
Address patient concerns and provide emotional support when required.
Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience.
Compliance & Safety
Adhere to hospital policies, nursing protocols, and safety guidelines.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics.
Follow infection prevention and control measures at all times.
Required Skills
