Job Summary

StillPG is seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Designer to build and maintain modern, high-performance websites for its real estate brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Next.js, React, TypeScript, WordPress, UI/UX design, technical SEO, analytics, and web performance optimization. This role combines web development, design, branding, and digital marketing technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences across multiple websites.

Key Responsibilities
Web Development
Develop and deploy modern websites using:
Next.js
React
TypeScript
Deploy applications on Vercel.
Build responsive, mobile-friendly, and high-performance websites.
Ensure Lighthouse performance scores of 90+ where possible.
Implement accessibility standards (WCAG AA basics).
WordPress Development
Develop lightweight custom WordPress themes.
Customize WordPress functionality without relying on heavy page builders.
Implement WordPress security best practices.
Maintain and enhance existing WordPress websites.
Content Management Systems
Configure and manage CMS platforms such as:
Sanity
Contentful
Headless WordPress
Build content structures for:
Property listings
Availability
News & press
Company updates
UI/UX & Web Design
Design user-friendly interfaces using Figma.
Build visually appealing layouts aligned with brand identity.
Ensure responsive and intuitive user experiences.
Collaborate on branding across multiple company websites.
SEO & Performance Optimization
Implement technical SEO best practices.

Internal linking
Improve Core Web Vitals:
Largest Contentful Paint (LCP)

Analytics & Marketing
Configure and manage:

Develop interactive property maps using Mapbox.

Design marketing materials including:
