Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant will support the clinical team by providing compassionate care to pediatric patients, assisting with routine nursing activities, monitoring patient health, and ensuring a safe and hygienic environment within a pediatric day care hospital.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing daily care to pediatric patients.
Monitor and record patients’ vital signs.
Report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff or physicians.
Administer medications under the supervision and direction of the medical team.
Support physicians and nurses during patient examinations and procedures.
Provide emotional support and reassurance to children and their families.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of patient care areas.
Follow hospital infection control and patient safety protocols.
Maintain accurate patient care documentation.
Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
