Job Summary

RheinBrücke is seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead and manage Epicor ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering successful ERP implementations by ensuring projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget while exceeding customer expectations. This role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in ERP implementation environments.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Prepare comprehensive project plans aligned with project scope, timelines, and budget.
Ensure strict adherence to ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall execution.
Governance & Stakeholder Management
Develop and maintain project governance frameworks.
Conduct and facilitate Steering Committee Meetings, Sponsor Meetings, and Project Team Meetings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular project status updates and executive-level reporting.
ERP Implementation Management
Oversee end-to-end ERP implementation activities.
Manage critical implementation phases including:
Data Migration
User Training
User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Cutover Planning and Execution
Go-Live Support
Ensure successful deployment and transition to business operations.
Scope, Risk & Budget Management
Monitor and control project scope to prevent scope creep.
Track project costs and manage budget adherence.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans to address potential project challenges.
Ensure project objectives are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead cross-functional project teams across multiple locations and time zones.
Coordinate with consultants, technical teams, business users, and stakeholders.
Foster collaboration and effective communication among project participants.
Drive accountability and performance across project teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
PMP Certification or equivalent Project Management certification (preferred).
Experience Requirements
Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience in ERP implementations.
Hands-on experience managing ERP implementation projects in both:
On-Premises Environments
Cloud-Based Environments
Experience with Epicor ERP implementations is highly preferred.
Experience managing global teams across multiple cultures and time zones.
