Senior Embedded Developer
Experience & Technical Skills
Embedded Linux and/or RTOS development on ARM processors
Strong programming skills in C and C++
Experience in 8-bit, 16-bit, and 32-bit embedded systems
Knowledge of Assembly programming
Hands-on experience with:
I2C
SPI
I2S
UART
Flash Memory
RAM
LCD
SD Cards
Familiarity with software engineering tools and development processes
Experience using:
Debuggers
Logic Analyzers
Oscilloscopes
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills
Responsibilities
Develop firmware on Windows/Linux development environments
Design, implement, and test embedded firmware
Hardware bring-up and board validation
Production release and manufacturing support
Firmware maintenance and product diagnostics
Support device operations and mass production
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Deliver projects within timelines

Lead a team of 8–10 engineers
Mentor senior and junior engineers
Coordinate with product management teams
Support customers and partners through calls and emails
Ensure timely software and firmware releases
Drive technical quality and project delivery
Provide technical solutions for new product customization
Build and maintain a high-performing engineering team
Preferred Candidate Profile
Strong experience in embedded firmware development
Mandatory experience with camera modules or image processing
Excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities
Leadership and project management experience (for Lead role)
Passion for embedded systems and product development
