Job Summary
The EM In-charge & Weighbridge Operator is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the plant’s electrical and mechanical systems while managing weighbridge operations. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, monitoring equipment performance, maintaining accurate weighing records, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment within the plant.
Operate and monitor the weighbridge system for accurate vehicle and material weighing.
Maintain weighbridge records, reports, and transaction logs.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Diagnose equipment faults and ensure timely repairs.
Monitor plant equipment performance to minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and maintenance teams.
Maintain documentation related to maintenance and weighbridge operations.
Ensure calibration and proper functioning of weighbridge equipment.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related Engineering discipline.

Job Summary
The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure uninterrupted plant operations while maintaining compliance with electrical safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical faults and carry out corrective actions.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Support plant operations during shutdowns and emergencies.
Qualifications
Diploma or Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Electrical license (if applicable) is an added advantage.

The Fitter/Welder is responsible for assembling, fitting, welding, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and structural components. The role includes fault diagnosis, equipment alignment, preventive maintenance, and fabrication work while ensuring quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble, fit, and install machinery and mechanical components.
Perform welding using appropriate techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.).
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs.
Replace worn or damaged components.
Ensure proper alignment and fitting of machine parts.
Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment.
Read engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
Maintain tools and workshop equipment.
Follow workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
Qualifications
ITI – Fitter/Welder or equivalent technical qualification.
