Job Title: EM In-charge & Weighbridge Operator

Job Summary

The EM In-charge & Weighbridge Operator is responsible for maintaining the plant’s electrical and mechanical systems while ensuring the efficient operation of the weighbridge. The role involves preventive and breakdown maintenance, equipment monitoring, and accurate recording of vehicle weights to support smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain electrical and mechanical equipment within the plant.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
Operate the weighbridge system and ensure accurate vehicle weighing.
Record, verify, and maintain weighbridge transactions and reports.
Diagnose equipment faults and coordinate repairs.
Ensure proper functioning of motors, pumps, conveyors, and other plant equipment.
Maintain maintenance records and inspection reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Monitor plant utilities and report abnormalities.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering.

Job Summary

The Electrician is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and industrial equipment while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and minimizing equipment downtime.

Key Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective maintenance.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Install control panels, motors, cables, and electrical accessories.
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment.
Test electrical circuits using appropriate testing instruments.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations.
Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
Coordinate with maintenance and production teams.

ITI Electrician / Diploma / Engineering in Electrical or related discipline.

Job Summary

The Fitter/Welder is responsible for the maintenance, repair, fabrication, and installation of mechanical equipment and structures. The role requires expertise in fitting, alignment, welding, and equipment maintenance to ensure reliable plant operations.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs and replacements.
Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of machine components.
Execute MIG, TIG, ARC, or gas welding as required.
Read engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
Ensure proper alignment and fitting of machine parts.
Carry out preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
Fabricate and modify machine components when required.
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely.
Maintain tools and welding equipment in good condition.
Follow workplace safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
ITI Fitter / Welder or equivalent technical qualification.
