Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance and utilities
Strong knowledge of:
HVAC systems
Air compressors
DG sets
Chillers
Boilers
Other utility systems
Machine installation, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
Electrical circuits, wiring, PLC and control panels
LT/HT panels, transformers and power distribution
Electrical safety regulations and codes
GMP compliance
Breakdown analysis, root-cause identification and corrective action
Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Execute preventive, predictive and corrective electrical maintenance
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, compressors, DG sets, chillers, boilers and utilities
Supervise installation and commissioning of new machines
Monitor LT/HT panels, transformers and power distribution systems
Ensure electrical safety and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with vendors and contractors
Maintain maintenance schedules, reports and breakdown-analysis records
Support electrical safety, compliance and GMP audits
