Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead with strong expertise in E/M Denial Management and Surgery Coding to lead coding operations, ensure coding accuracy, and effectively manage denial resolution processes.

Key Requirements:
✅ Certification Mandatory: CPC
✅ Minimum 6+ years of experience in:
Medical Coding
E/M Denial Management
Surgery Coding
✅ Strong leadership and team management skills
✅ In-depth understanding of coding guidelines, compliance, and payer regulations
✅ Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee denial management and surgery coding operations
Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer guidelines
Monitor coding quality and productivity
Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members
Coordinate with internal teams for process improvement initiatives
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of coding-related issues
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage team performance and quality targets
