Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Doctor Referral Marketing Executive to build relationships with doctors, promote healthcare services, coordinate medical camps, and implement marketing strategies to increase business referrals.
Key Responsibilities
– Meet doctors and promote the organization’s services.
– Develop and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
– Handle the marketing team and coordinate activities.
– Organize and conduct medical camps periodically.
– Analyze marketing performance and implement appropriate strategies.
– Support business development and increase doctor referrals.
Required Skills & Eligibility
– Any degree is accepted.
– 6 months to 3 years of relevant experience.
– Experience in a hospital, diagnostic laboratory, or pharmaceutical company is required.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage a team and coordinate marketing activities.
– Must own a two-wheeler.
– Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
– Monthly salary of ₹22,000–₹25,000, negotiable.
