Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic Desktop Support Engineers (Freshers) to provide first-level technical support for desktop systems, laptops, operating systems, software applications, and basic network-related issues. This role is ideal for recent graduates who want to build a career in IT Infrastructure and End-User Support.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems.
Provide first-level technical support to end users.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Install and configure Windows operating systems and common applications.
Support Microsoft Office and email client configuration.
Troubleshoot printers and peripheral devices.
Assist users with basic network connectivity issues.
Perform software installation, updates, and system maintenance.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior support teams when required.
Maintain accurate records of support activities and issue resolutions.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Understanding of desktop and laptop hardware.
Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
Basic networking concepts (LAN, TCP/IP).
Knowledge of printer and peripheral support.
Soft Skills
Good communication skills.
Strong problem-solving ability.
Customer service orientation.
Willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Educational Qualification
Any Bachelor’s Degree
