Experience: 5+ years in design control and project management
Responsibilities:
Lead multiple/complex sustenance engineering projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams
Manage design change controls, design reviews and design transfer
Prepare and analyze technical reports
Work according to 21 CFR Part 820.30, ISO 13485 and ISO 14971
Develop verification protocols and Design History Files (DHF)
Optimize product design, materials and features
Mentor junior engineers and technicians
2. VBA Developer
Experience: 5–6 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / IT or related field
Skills:
Microsoft Excel
VBA programming
Relational databases
SQL queries
Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and teamwork
3. Medical / Electromechanical Design & Development
Experience: 4–7 years
Required:
NPD / Sustenance experience
Medical laboratory instruments, appliances or electromechanical systems
Legacy product sustenance
Material selection
Manufacturing processes
Creo / Windchill PDM
Engineering change-control processes
ISO 13485 & ISO 14971
Strong interpersonal skills
4. Project Manager
Experience: 12+ years overall, including 5+ years in Project Management
Required:
Technical knowledge of executed projects
Customer-facing communication
MS Office
Managing multiple tasks/projects
RCA and CAPA
Strong problem-solving skills
5. Windchill / PLM
Responsibilities:
Create, revise and release parts/documents in Windchill
Update BOM structures
Create Change Orders
Assign reviewers and approvers
Release Change Orders according to defined processes
