Job Summary

Net2Source Inc. is hiring an experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in the Telecommunications domain to lead enterprise-scale data migration initiatives from on-premises systems to cloud platforms.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Live Tables, distributed data processing, and telecom-specific datasets such as CDRs, subscriber data, and network logs. This role requires collaboration with internal engineering teams and external customer stakeholders to deliver scalable cloud-native data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Data Migration Strategy & Execution
Design and implement data migration strategies from on-premise data warehouses to cloud platforms
Assess current data landscapes and define migration roadmaps
Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy during migration
Optimize workflows for large-scale telecom data movement
Support enterprise-scale cloud migration initiatives
Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines
Develop distributed data processing solutions using:
Databricks
Apache Spark
Delta Lake
Process structured, semi-structured, and unstructured telecom datasets
Implement data validation, transformation, cleansing, and quality assurance processes
Support batch and stream processing architectures
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Data Engineering
Mandatory experience in Telecommunications (Telco) domain
Strong hands-on expertise in:

Delta Lake
Delta Live Tables
Experience with cloud platforms:

Strong programming skills in:
