Job Summary

Newtech Auto Components Pvt. Ltd. is hiring CNC & VMC Machine Operators to join its manufacturing team. This opportunity is open to freshers and experienced candidates who are interested in machine operations, CNC programming, and precision manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC and VMC machines.
Install and align cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Perform machine calibration before production.
Program and edit G-Code and interpret M-Code instructions.
Configure machines for multi-axis and multi-face machining operations.
Perform machining operations including:
Milling
Drilling
Tapping
Face Milling
Monitor machine performance and ensure production quality.
Optimize machine efficiency while machining complex components.
Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace cleanliness.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
10th Pass
12th Pass
ITI
Diploma
Any Graduate
Male candidates aged 18–35 years.
Freshers and candidates with 0–4 years of experience can apply.
Diploma holders will be given preference.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machine operations.
Understanding of G-Code and M-Code programming.
Willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
