1️⃣ CNC / VMC Programmer
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CNC / VMC Programmer to create, edit, and optimize CNC/VMC programs for precision machining operations. The candidate should have strong expertise in machining processes, machine setup, tooling, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and optimize CNC/VMC programs for precision machining
Interpret engineering drawings and plan machining sequences
Handle machine setup, offsets, tool selection, and first-piece inspection
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times, accuracy, and surface finish
Ensure adherence to quality and production standards
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of CNC/VMC programming and operation experience
Strong knowledge of G-code, M-code, and controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi
Good understanding of machining processes and tooling
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
2️⃣ Quality Control Head
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Head to lead the QC department and ensure compliance with aerospace and manufacturing quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections
Prepare and maintain quality documentation as per MSME and aerospace customer standards
Conduct and coordinate ISO 9001 / AS9100 internal and external audits
Handle calibration of measuring instruments, gauges, and inspection equipment
Review and approve FAIR, PPAP, and process validation documentation
Ensure complete traceability and compliance with quality procedures
Utilize and maintain CMM, Profile Projector, Contour Measuring Instruments, and Surface Roughness Testers
Coordinate with customers and vendors for NCR resolution and quality improvements
Drive CAPA, Continuous Improvement, and 5S initiatives
Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
3–5 years of QC experience in precision, aerospace, or automotive manufacturing
Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and NADCAP processes
Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and quality tools such as 7QC, RCA, and Pareto analysis
3️⃣ Production Supervisor
Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee CNC/VMC production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets with high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and ensure dispatch targets are achieved
Monitor CNC/VMC operations including tool correction, insert changes, and offsets
Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to tolerances
Maintain and calibrate gauges, fixtures, and measuring instruments
Monitor coolant levels, tool life, and machine health
Maintain production reports, rejection logs, and rework documentation
Implement 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety practices on the shop floor
Coordinate with Quality and Planning teams for smooth workflow
Requirements
Diploma / ITI / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC-based production environments
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
