Job Title: CNC Turning Machine Operator & Setter

Location: Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for CNC Turning Machine Operators and Setters to join our manufacturing team in Ambattur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC turning machines, ensuring quality production, and maintaining efficient machine operations. Freshers with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Set up CNC turning machines according to production specifications.
Load raw materials and prepare machines for operation.
Monitor machining operations and adjust machine settings as required.
Inspect finished components to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Select appropriate tooling, feeds, and speeds for machining operations.
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
Follow quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
ITI, Diploma (DME), or BE in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience as a CNC Operator or Setter will be an advantage.
Diploma candidates with at least 1 year of CNC operating experience are preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand machining processes.
Knowledge of tooling, machining parameters, and quality inspection procedures.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
