Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machines.
Understand control panels, tool changers, and work-holding devices.
Apply machining principles, tooling concepts, cutting parameters, and production techniques.
Identify and resolve tool wear, machine faults, and quality deviations.
Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Maintain dimensional accuracy and product quality.
Follow manufacturing safety procedures.
Work closely with supervisors and production teams.
