Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring that work is completed on time while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at residential project sites.
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards.
Resolve on-site issues and report project updates to management.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities and progress.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience in handling Residential Construction Projects.
Good knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and quality control.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage contractors and site teams effectively.
