Job Summary

Best InfoSystems Ltd. is hiring an experienced India Recruiter with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and architecture roles across India. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates while ensuring an efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Civil Engineering and Architecture positions.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment data and candidate records in ATS/CRM systems.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the hiring process.
Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels to identify qualified talent.
Stay updated on industry hiring trends and talent availability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience in recruitment, preferably for Civil Engineering or Architecture roles.
Strong understanding of engineering and architectural job profiles and technical terminology.
