Eligibility & Qualifications:
DGNM / B.Sc Nursing
Prior experience in ward management or as a senior nurse preferred
Strong leadership and patient care skills
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise ward nursing staff and daily operations
Ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams
Monitor patient records, treatment plans, and documentation
Handle patient care issues and ensure smooth ward functioning
Salary & Benefits:
