Job Description

We’re Hiring – Billing Manager (Hospital)

📍 Location: Chetpet
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Experience: 5–12 Years (Hospital Billing with Team Handling)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

💼 Key Responsibilities
Oversee IP, OP, ER, and insurance billing operations
Ensure accurate charge capture, bill generation & timely claim submission
Handle insurance, TPA, and government scheme billing & settlements
Monitor billing accuracy, collections, pending bills & denials
Coordinate with clinical & support teams to resolve billing issues
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH & statutory requirements
Lead, train & supervise the billing team
Prepare MIS and revenue reports for management
✅ Requirements
5–12 years of hospital billing experience
Strong knowledge of IP/OP billing, insurance & TPA processes
Experience in team handling and operations management
Good analytical and coordination skills
