Job Summary

Cherry Hill Interiors is looking for an experienced QS & Billing Engineer for corporate interior fit-out projects. The role involves quantity surveying, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing management, and cost estimation to ensure project execution within budget and specifications.

Mandatory Requirement: Experience in Corporate Interior Fit-Out Projects.

Key Responsibilities
Quantity Surveying & Cost Estimation
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for interior fit-out projects
Perform rate analysis and cost estimation
Conduct quantity surveying activities for project execution
Billing & Documentation
Manage billing systems and contractor billing processes
Verify measurements and prepare billing documentation
Ensure accuracy in project cost calculations and reports
Project Coordination
Work closely with project and execution teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications and budgets
Provide analytical and cost-related support during project execution
Required Qualifications
Degree in:
Civil Engineering
Quantity Surveying
Related field
