Role Overview
This is a national-level customer relations and Dealer Management System (DMS) governance role responsible for ensuring smooth operation of the DMS platform across BYD India and its dealer network.
The position requires extensive interaction with:
Dealer Partners
DMS Software Vendor
Sales Teams
After-Sales Teams
Parts Teams
Factory Accounts Teams
Internal IT Teams
The primary objective is to ensure uninterrupted DMS operations, user support, training, system enhancements, and dealer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Support & Query Resolution
Handle dealer complaints and DMS-related issues.
Ensure issues are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
Monitor dealer satisfaction and service quality.
DMS Management
Work closely with the DMS supplier/vendor.
Ensure smooth operation of the DMS across all dealerships.
Coordinate upgrades, bug fixes, and system improvements.
Training & User Adoption
Organize training sessions with the DMS vendor.
Ensure dealer staff are adequately trained.
Conduct training for:
Sales Teams
After-Sales Teams
Parts Teams
Accounts Teams
New BYD Employees
User Access Management
Coordinate with dealers for:
New user creation
User role modification
Removal of inactive employees
Maintain updated DMS access controls.
Process Improvement
Collect requirements from:
Sales
Service
Parts
Accounts
Liaise with the DMS vendor to implement required changes.
Ensure enhancements are delivered within agreed timelines.
Internal Stakeholder Coordination
Support the BYD India IT team during critical periods.
Assist in managing system-related escalations.
Coordinate across multiple business functions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience
5–10 years of experience in:
Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
Automotive Operations
CRM / Customer Relations
Dealer Network Management
ERP / Business Systems Administration
Educational Background
🎓 Graduate or higher qualification.
