Position: Sales Manager

This is a team handling and business development role focused on student enrollment, lead generation, sales planning, corporate outreach, and achieving revenue targets.

Sales Planning & Forecasting
Prepare monthly and quarterly sales plans.
Forecast sales and revenue targets.
Monitor performance against goals.
Lead Generation
Generate leads through various channels.
Identify new opportunities for student enrollments.
Develop partnerships with educational consultants and institutions.
Corporate & Institutional Outreach
Conduct sales visits to:
Corporate organizations
Education consultants
Coaching centers
Training institutes
Understand customer requirements and convert opportunities.
Team Management
Lead and supervise:
Counselors
Senior Counselors
Sales Executives
Monitor individual and team performance.
Ensure monthly target achievement.
Student Counseling
Guide prospective students regarding courses.
Address academic and career-related queries.
Convert inquiries into enrollments.
Training & Development
Conduct team meetings.
Share best practices.
Provide coaching and development support to team members.
Reporting
Submit daily action reports.
Analyze sales activities and performance metrics.
