Job Overview
The Architecture Story is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsman to prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans while collaborating closely with architects and engineers. The role requires strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of building codes and construction documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Architectural Drafting
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and construction documents.
Produce clear, accurate, and concise technical drawings.
Revise and update drawings based on project requirements and feedback.
Project Coordination
Work closely with architects and engineers throughout the design process.
Coordinate drawing updates and project documentation.
Ensure consistency between architectural plans and project specifications.
Compliance & Quality
Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
Maintain high standards of drafting accuracy and quality.
Review drawings for completeness and technical correctness.
Required Qualifications
Education
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 6 Years of experience in Architectural Drafting.
