Job Summary

The Architecture Story is looking for an experienced Architectural Draftsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings and construction documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD, sound knowledge of building codes and construction standards, and the ability to collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality design documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Develop accurate technical drawings based on architectural concepts and project requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the design process.
Modify and update drawings based on design revisions and client feedback.
Ensure drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Review drawings for completeness, accuracy, and coordination before submission.
Maintain drawing revisions, project documentation, and CAD files.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and drafting issues.
Produce clear, detailed, and high-quality construction documentation.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining drafting quality and accuracy.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred).
Experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in Architectural Drafting.
