About the Role

We are hiring freshers for the International Voice Process (US Healthcare – Medical Billing). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and build a strong career in the healthcare BPO domain.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claim status & eligibility verification
Work on outstanding claims / AR reports
Perform denial documentation and follow-up actions
Handle insurance follow-up, patient calling, and provider outreach
Maintain daily work logs and meet client SLA targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards
Escalate issues to seniors in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to achieve targets
Requirements
Good communication skills (mandatory)
Willingness to work in night shift (US shift)
Ability to work in a voice-based process
Immediate joiners preferred
Transportation
