Medical Billing Specialist – Voice Process
Location

Key Responsibilities
Handle medical billing calls and claim-related inquiries
Resolve billing and insurance issues over phone calls
Submit claims accurately and on time
Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
Appeal claim denials when required
Coordinate with insurance companies and patients
Deliver strong customer service support
Required Skills
Experience in medical billing or healthcare administration
Knowledge of billing software and MS Office
Good communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Information
