About the Role

As an AR Caller trainee, you will:

Follow up on medical insurance claims
Contact insurance payers through calls, IVR, or web portals
Check claim status and denial reasons
Record payer responses accurately
Work on customer KPIs and billing processes
Support healthcare revenue cycle operations
