Job Summary

The organization is hiring AR Callers and Senior AR Callers for the US Healthcare Medical Billing process. The role focuses on Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, denial resolution, insurance claim handling, and revenue cycle management using CMS1500 and UB04 billing formats.

Candidates with experience in physician and hospital billing processes are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
AR Follow-up & Claim Resolution
Follow up with insurance companies regarding pending claims
Handle denied and rejected claims effectively
Ensure timely payment collection and claim resolution
Billing & Documentation
Work on:
CMS1500 (Physician Billing)
UB04 (Hospital Billing)
Maintain accurate documentation of claim actions and follow-ups
Update billing systems and payer portals regularly
Revenue Cycle Management
Support end-to-end AR and denial management activities
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Meet productivity and quality targets consistently
Required Skills
Strong understanding of:
AR Calling
Medical Billing
Denial Management
US Healthcare RCM process
Knowledge of CMS1500 and UB04 claim forms
Good communication and analytical skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
1 to 4 years of experience in:
