Job Summary
The organization is hiring experienced Senior AR Callers for the US Healthcare Hospital Billing process. The role involves Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, denial management, insurance claim handling, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely payment collections and claim resolutions.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of hospital billing workflows, payer follow-ups, and revenue cycle management processes.
Key Responsibilities
AR Follow-up & Claims Handling
Handle hospital billing claims for:
Inpatient (IP)
Outpatient (OP)
Perform AR follow-up with insurance companies through calls
Track and resolve pending claims and reimbursement issues
Denial Management
Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
Work on payer follow-up and appeals when required
Ensure timely resolution of billing discrepancies
Documentation & Productivity
Maintain accurate documentation of claim actions and follow-ups
Update billing systems and payer portals regularly
Meet daily productivity and quality targets
Team Coordination
Coordinate with internal billing and operations teams
Support smooth claim resolution workflows
Required Skills
Domain Knowledge
Strong knowledge of:
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
EOB interpretation
CPT / ICD coding concepts
Payer portals and insurance workflows
Technical Skills
Experience with:
Epic
Availity
Meditech
(preferred)
Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 year of experience in:
AR Calling
Hospital Billing
Medical Billing
US Healthcare RCM
Comfortable working in US Night Shift environment
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in hospital billing AR process
Strong denial management expertise
Ability to achieve productivity and quality targets consistently
Good understanding of payer guidelines and claim lifecycle
