Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented CA and CPA Freshers to join the Audit team as Analysts. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to US audit standards, public accounting practices, and audit engagements for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities
Audit Execution
Assist in performing audit procedures in accordance with US GAAP and PCAOB standards.
Conduct substantive testing and analytical review procedures.
Evaluate internal controls and identify audit risks.
Support audit engagement teams in completing assigned tasks within deadlines.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
Ensure compliance with firm methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of audit findings and testing procedures.
Financial Reporting
Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements.
Support preparation of related disclosures and audit schedules.
Analyze financial data and identify unusual trends or variances.
Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with global audit teams to achieve engagement objectives.
Communicate audit observations and issues to senior team members.
Participate in discussions regarding audit findings and recommendations.
Professional Standards
Maintain confidentiality while handling financial information.
Follow professional ethics and auditing standards.
Demonstrate professionalism in client and team interactions.
