Job Summary

CohnReznick LLP is seeking highly motivated CA and CPA Freshers to join its Audit team as Analysts. This seasonal contract opportunity provides hands-on exposure to U.S. public accounting, US GAAP, PCAOB auditing standards, and audit engagements for U.S.-based clients. Successful candidates will work closely with global audit teams while developing professional auditing and financial reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities
Audit Execution
Assist in planning and executing audit procedures.
Perform audit work in accordance with US GAAP, GAAS, and PCAOB standards.
Execute substantive audit testing and analytical procedures.
Evaluate internal controls and identify potential risks.
Audit Documentation
Prepare audit workpapers and supporting documentation.
Ensure audit files comply with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and complete audit records.
Financial Reporting
Support the preparation of financial statements and related disclosures.
Review financial information for completeness and accuracy.
Assist with financial statement analysis.
Team Collaboration
Collaborate with global audit teams to complete client engagements.
Communicate audit observations and issues to senior team members.
Support engagement teams in meeting project deadlines.
Compliance & Confidentiality
Maintain confidentiality of client financial information.
Ensure compliance with firm standards and regulatory requirements.
Adhere to professional ethics and auditing guidelines.
