Role Overview

As an AI Assurance Architect, you will lead the development of testing strategies, quality frameworks, and assurance methodologies for AI-driven solutions. The role requires deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI systems to ensure the quality, scalability, reliability, and ethical compliance of AI models and applications.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to establish AI testing capabilities, automate validation processes, and implement responsible AI practices across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
AI Testing & Assurance
Design and implement testing methodologies for:
AI models
Machine Learning systems
Generative AI applications
Develop AI assurance frameworks for validating model accuracy, scalability, reliability, and robustness.
AI/ML Expertise
Demonstrate strong understanding of:
Artificial Intelligence
Machine Learning
Deep Learning concepts
Work with AI frameworks and tools including:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
Data Quality & Validation
Assess and validate training datasets for AI models.
Apply:
Data preprocessing
Data cleaning
Data quality assurance techniques
Automation & Tooling
Develop automation scripts using open-source testing tools for AI applications.
Utilize specialized AI testing frameworks and tools.
Performance & Scalability
Evaluate model performance under multiple scenarios.
Optimize:
AI model scalability
Response efficiency
Reliability and throughput
Responsible AI & Compliance
Implement testing practices aligned with:
Responsible AI principles
Ethical AI guidelines
Regulatory standards
Ensure AI systems comply with industry governance requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with:
Senior leadership
Product teams
Engineering teams
QA teams
Drive enterprise AI testing initiatives and governance.
Innovation & Capability Building
Build and scale AI testing capabilities from the ground up.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
10–15 years of overall IT experience.
4+ years of experience in:
Artificial Intelligence
Machine Learning
Deep Learning
Generative AI
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on expertise in:
TensorFlow
PyTorch
Experience assessing and optimizing:
AI model performance
Scalability
Reliability
Knowledge of AI testing automation tools and frameworks.
Architecture Experience
Experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect is preferred.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to lead strategic AI assurance initiatives.
