We are looking for an experienced Admin / Soft Services professional to manage facility operations including housekeeping, cafeteria, security, vendor coordination, and overall office administration. The role ensures smooth, safe, and efficient workplace operations.
π― Key Responsibilities
π’ Facility Management
Oversee housekeeping, pantry, security, and cafeteria operations
Coordinate with vendors and maintenance teams
Ensure workplace hygiene and safety standards
π¦ Administration & Operations
Manage office supplies and inventory
Maintain access control (ID cards, entry protocols, asset tracking)
Maintain logs, rosters, vendor records, and bills

Support employee engagement activities
Assist in meetings and internal events
Coordinate with internal departments
π Candidate Profile
3β4 years experience in Admin / Facility / Soft Services
Any Bachelorβs degree
Male candidates preferred
Local candidates (Chennai preferred)
Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night)

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
Strong coordination & communication skills
Good multitasking & organizational ability
