We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant Manager to support smooth office and facility operations. The role involves supervising admin staff, managing vendors, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR and operational activities.
π― Key Responsibilities
π’ Administrative Operations
Support daily administrative operations
Ensure policy and procedure compliance
Coordinate meetings, communication, and scheduling
Maintain MIS reports and documentation
π₯ Team Supervision
Supervise admin staff and assign tasks
Monitor performance, productivity, and discipline
Act as backup for Admin Manager when required
π§Ύ Vendor & Procurement
Manage office procurement and supplies
Handle vendor coordination and contracts
Ensure service-level compliance
ποΈ Facility Management
Oversee housekeeping, security, and maintenance
Ensure safe and clean workplace environment
Support audits and inspections
π Budget & Process Improvement
Assist in budgeting and expense tracking
Identify process improvements
π¨βπΌ HR Support
Support onboarding and employee records
Assist in engagement and welfare activities
π Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration / Management or related field
3β5 years admin experience
1β2 years supervisory/assistant manager experience

Strong leadership and coordination skills
MS Office + ERP knowledge
Good communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Ability to handle fast-paced environment
