Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Maintain attendance records, leave applications, and permission logs for employees.
Assist management with day-to-day administrative activities.
Coordinate documentation and office records.
Quotations & Estimates
Prepare quotations for customers.
Create cost estimates and maintain estimation records.
Follow up on quotation status and customer responses.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and circulate regular reports including:
Daily Reports
Weekly Reports
Fortnightly Reports
Monthly Reports
Reports may include:
Sales Updates
Collections Status
Activities Tracking
Petty Cash Reports
Pending Payments
Estimation Status
Ongoing Projects
Lead Status
Product-wise Collections
Stock Reports
Coordination & Follow-Up
Coordinate with field sales teams.
Track pending documents and tasks.
Send reminders and follow-up communications.
Ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
Front Office Support
Handle incoming phone calls professionally.
Welcome and assist walk-in clients and customers.
Direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
